ATAL Design

To meet your expectations, ATAL S.A. developed the ATAL Design apartment finishing program. Currently some 50% of our customers decide to commission the finishing of their apartment to us.

When you purchase an apartment from ATAL S.A., it’s up to you whether you want it finished or handed over in a shell and core state. If you decide to finish the apartment as part of the ATAL Design program, you can choose one of the three standards – Standard, Standard Plus or VIP. They differ in the diversity of materials and equipment used; however, each of them ensures that you’ll be moving into a finished apartment, quick and trouble-free. ATAL S.A. specialists will handle the logistics, transport, design and assembly.

Each of the ATAL Design finishing standards includes:

• consultations with an interior decoration professional and support in selecting finishing materials;

• design of bathrooms with visualizations;

• installation of hinged doors and door frames;

• installation of floors (panels, boards, gres tiles);

• installation of tiles, ceramics, bathroom fittings with lighting and mirror;

• wall painting.

Standard Finishing

If you opt for basic finishing (Standard), you have a wide range of finishing materials at your disposal, offering varied colors, patterns and quality parameters. We offer AC4 wear resistance class floor panels and gres floors for hallways and kitchens. In the Standard offer, you have many door models and colors to choose from. When it comes to finishing the bathroom, there are numerous bathroom collections at your disposal, including equipment catalogs that offer an extensive selection of faucets, bathtubs, wash basins or shower cabins.

Standard Plus Finishing

In the Standard Plus offer, as compared to the Standard package, you will find an extended number of bathroom tile collections, as well as additional bathroom equipment. This package includes panels from leading and renowned manufacturers, with a wear resistance class of at least AC5. Standard Plus is also extended to include additional collections and colors of floor gres tiles. The offer also provides an extended range of door models and colors.

VIP Finishing

The VIP standard has been designed for our most demanding customers. This package features the widest range of tiles and bathroom equipment. To meet our customers’ needs, this standard includes the most extensive catalog of door models and colors, floor boards and gres tiles.This standard was made for our most demanding customers who like natural finishing materials. Natural, because this offer has a very wide range of floor boards from the companies Barlinek and Tarkett. The VIP packet includes selected tiles and bathroom furnishings from the best Polish and Spanish manufacturers. For our customers we have prepared a rich catalogue of door models and colours from the companies DRE and Persecto.
